Positive Attitude

My day was rough, but the attitude I put towards it makes it seems less stressful.
Had a rough morning,lost my apartment key, had to run a long mile to avoid beating by the rain, at d long run I was drenched. I was outside the cold late in the night not until my door was broken.
Right now am in bed and felt nothing had happen,talked with loved ones,laughed, read at some point, and am here ready to go to bed.

Attitude is everything!
I would have loose it at point wen I lost my key.

Be happy at all circumstances.

Season greetings!

 Merry Christmas and happy new year in advance!


Here comes the twelfth month where we all merry and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
 Indeed it has been a great journey so far, months has rolled by a lot of things have happened. Different things have rolled in and out,good, bad, achievements,Moments, opportunities, positivity,enlightenment and endurance.
All of these lies in our hands how we have made do of it and handle them.
 If I may ask, has the year been fair enough? You know the side it has shown to you  but i want you to know that no matter how it has been, enjoy the moment,  stay focus,
be positive, have good vibes that keeps you going, brave up and hope for better days.

STRESS

Smile....am here again! Yours truly Ade*** world.


I will like to go back to my undergraduate days..hmm see me smiling o..well those days were full of hard work. Yes! I can say that again thank God we conquer despite all odds.
During my finals I was opportune to defend a topic STRESS! Which really gave me an insight on how our daily intake had its effect on stress. I will be dwelling more on

"HOW TO MANAGE STRESS"

             Stress is what we face in our day to day activities that is caused by STRESSORS. This stress affect physical appearance, health and our focus ability.Moderate stress boosts our immune system and improve the activities of the heart while chronic stress is inimical to our general well-being because it makes the body susceptible to a variety of illness and worsen the existing health condition.
Studies have shown that chronic stress increase heart rate and flow of blood,when this happens, cholesterol and triglycerides are released into the blood stream,increasing the possibility of you having strokes, heart disease, high blood pressure and obesity. Stress can worsen some health conditions like diabetes or an asthmatic and cause depression, anxiety, migraines, accelerated aging, premature death among others. Stress is a scilent killed when not properly managed.
              Manage your stress by determining the stressor around you,the things or people stressing you up. If you can avoid them,do so,but if you can't, accept and adapt to the situation. Get rest from time to time and delibrately look away from all the things begging for your attention. Take out time to exercise because it teaches the brain stress resilience.
        Also, take out time to hang out with friends and family. Sometimes, good company is a good medicine for stress. Socialising with like minded friends or people keep your mind off issue that bothers you and free you emotional stress.
          Finally ensure you eat proper diet and avoid worry and anxiety.

        Hate is a deep and extreme emotional dislike. It is also associated with feelings of anger,disgust and
disposition towards hostility to a person,group or object.
       It's popularly assumed that one can't "hate" and "love" the same person at the same time. There is a kind of "perfect hatred" which is consistent with love and is different from the "cruel hatred".

Hate as an ego wishes to destroy the source of its unhappiness.
