STRESS

Smile....am here again! Yours truly Ade*** world.


I will like to go back to my undergraduate days..hmm see me smiling o..well those days were full of hard work. Yes! I can say that again thank God we conquer despite all odds.
During my finals I was opportune to defend a topic STRESS! Which really gave me an insight on how our daily intake had its effect on stress. I will be dwelling more on

"HOW TO MANAGE STRESS"

             Stress is what we face in our day to day activities that is caused by STRESSORS. This stress affect physical appearance, health and our focus ability.Moderate stress boosts our immune system and improve the activities of the heart while chronic stress is inimical to our general well-being because it makes the body susceptible to a variety of illness and worsen the existing health condition.
Studies have shown that chronic stress increase heart rate and flow of blood,when this happens, cholesterol and triglycerides are released into the blood stream,increasing the possibility of you having strokes, heart disease, high blood pressure and obesity. Stress can worsen some health conditions like diabetes or an asthmatic and cause depression, anxiety, migraines, accelerated aging, premature death among others. Stress is a scilent killed when not properly managed.
              Manage your stress by determining the stressor around you,the things or people stressing you up. If you can avoid them,do so,but if you can't, accept and adapt to the situation. Get rest from time to time and delibrately look away from all the things begging for your attention. Take out time to exercise because it teaches the brain stress resilience.
        Also, take out time to hang out with friends and family. Sometimes, good company is a good medicine for stress. Socialising with like minded friends or people keep your mind off issue that bothers you and free you emotional stress.
          Finally ensure you eat proper diet and avoid worry and anxiety.
